Mrs. Carrie Hurlburt
3's & 4's Teacher's Aide

Mrs. Hurlburt is currently our Teacher's Aide in the 3's & 4's classroom. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts from the State University of New York. Mrs. Hurlburt worked as an illustrator for 11 years before taking time off to raise her three children. While her children were young, Mrs. Hurlburt and her family moved to Switzerland for two years, where she enjoyed working at Zurich International School.
​Upon moving back to Orange, she chose to continue working with children. For five years she worked as a preschool teacher and Assistant Director. Before joining OCNS She worked with special needs children for four years in Milford public schools. Mrs. Hurlburt enjoys cooking, kayaking, traveling and spending time with family and friends. She has three daughters Caroline, Julia and Alexandra and resides in Orange with her husband Scott and their pets Rosie and Chloe.

Mrs. Katie Pelaccia
5's Teacher's Aide

Mrs. Pelaccia is currently our Teacher's Aide in the 5's Kindergarten Readiness Classroom. After spending 9 years working the billing office at Milford Hospital, Mrs. Pelaccia decided to stay home to raise her family. She currently lives in Orange with her husband, Evan and two daughters, Sophia and Ariana. She loves spending time with her family, watching her daughters compete in soccer and gymnastics and volunteering at her children's schools.
